Our Client a Large Engineering Co based in the City requires a HR Administrator to start ASAP. To provide administrative support to area or national functions HR Managers in discrete portions of the following responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities
1. Payroll – Input pay data; Process pay data; Produce payslips; Answer pay queries; Provide pay data to relevant stakeholders; Maintain accurate records. 2. Recruitment- Input data; Arrange interviews; Produce all paperwork; Obtain references; Arrange medicals; Create personal files; Answer queries; Provide data; Signaller Assessment and other interviewing duties. 3. Training- Administer Training and Induction Programmes; administer training records and information. 4. Data- Administer Pensions, Travel, Job Evaluation, Role Clarity; Manage personal files; Provide required information.
The successful candidate will have:
A min of 1-2 years experience of working within a similar role. Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel. Good questioning and listening skills. Excellent Communication skills.
